10. Delivery Obligations

UK distance-selling guidance requires sellers to tell customers about delivery arrangements, costs and expected delivery time before purchase. It also states that goods must generally be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer.

By clearly publishing our estimated 15–20 day delivery period, we aim to provide customers with advance delivery information.
